COMMUNITY RUNS

Our Community Runs are all about bringing people together – we run at a relaxed pace, share tips, talk about everyday life, and simply connect. There are usually two pace groups so everyone feels comfortable and no one is left behind. It’s the perfect way to end the day together.

COFFEE RUNS

Our Coffee Runs are just like our Community Runs – but on the weekend and with a cozy coffee twist! We run together at an easy pace, have good conversations, and finish at a local café to hang out and connect.

TRACK NIGHTS

Our Track Nights are all about testing your own limits – but always at your own pace. It’s a intervalltraining to challenge yourself, whether you're chasing a personal best or just trying something new. The vibe stays supportive and relaxed – everyone runs their own race, but we’re in it together.

YOGA LESSONS

Our Yoga Sessions are guided by Bianca and open to everyone – no experience needed at all. Each class is step by step, easy to follow, and designed to help you reconnect with your body and mind. Let yourself be inspired and simply give it a try

A SAFE SPACE

We host special events throughout the year – from fun runs like our Women-Only Run on International Women’s Day to pop-up's bar collabs, giveaways, and more. The SANE CLUB is a safe space to connect, discover, and have a good time. There's always something exciting around the corner. Join us and follow the SANE CLUB in your city!

Our main communication channel for the Sane Club are the various WhatsApp groups for each city. Join the group of your city to make sure you don't miss any news about runs and events.

RACE TEAMS

At carefully selected events, the Sane Club gives its members the chance to become part of the race team and take part in a race together. Events vary from 5km, 10km, 10-mile races to half marathons.
