“Sanity of Bouaké” captures a spirit we deeply relate to — because our roots trace back to the Ivory Coast. It’s not just where our name comes from, it’s part of who we are. There’s a strong connection we feel every time we’re there — in the energy, the people, the way community is lived. In many ways, we see surprising parallels to Switzerland: different environments, but a shared sense of structure, pride, and togetherness.
That’s why it matters for us to return every year. Not just to visit, but to contribute — to create moments, support local initiatives, and stay connected to where it all began.
This past April, we went back again. Alongside traveling through the country, we organized a local football tournament — something simple, but meaningful. Bringing people together, sharing the game, creating memories.
