Please allow us up to 3-5 business days to process your order before it is shipped. All of our packages come with a tracking number, which will be provided to you once your order has been shipped. You will receive an email update with the shipping details, including the tracking number, which you can use to check the estimated arrival time of your order by following the link provided in the email.

Please note that any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the recipient and will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and we cannot predict the cost, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

If you refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes, you will be responsible for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees. Please note that we cannot undervalue orders or mark them as gifts.

We are not responsible for any delays due to customs clearance, and this policy applies to all online purchases on saneactive.com.

All orders are shipped from Rheinfelden, Switzerland.

Unless otherwise stated in the seller's product description, prices indicated are total prices including the statutory sales tax. Delivery costs, where appropriate, will be indicated separately at the checkout. Each transaction will be authorised and checked by the appropriate credit card company. Blocked or false credit cards cannot be used. We obligate ourselves not to pass on or resell our customers information.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
